Shipping policy

All my items are made to order and shipped from Newcastle, UK.

Most orders are made and dispatched within 5-7 business days. Standard delivery time after your order is dispatched is 2-3 business days for UK and 5-20 business days for overseas. EU orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days.

Our standard default shipping is untracked, please select the tracked option at checkout if you wish to upgrade to this. Shipping is free worldwide on qualifying orders.

Exceptions to this timeframe include mugs, custom orders and our all in one gaming system which can take up to 10 business days due to the design work and drying times needed in the process.
